In 2009, Lakeshore Properties was so successful its inventory of lots was getting too low to keep maintaining a full-time sales office. The Lakeshore Properties business operations closed until more lots could be developed and ready for market. In the meantime, the City of Elliot Lake has been managing sales inquiries. Planning for the next round of lots is ongoing and updates will be posted here when ready.

A handful of lots remain for sale on Popeye Lake. The elliotlakewatefront.com website has great information on the project in general but the site maps and sales information is not 100% up to date.
